My Personal Challenge: Blending Hard Work with Smart Work
My weakness is avoiding unnecessary distractions. I need to stop saying yes to everyone and every meeting and break unproductive habits while still maintaining a structured routine .
I do not have a problem working hard , but I must learn to balance it with working smart .
Managing information overload —with countless emails, direct messages, and marketing distractions—is a significant challenge. Time seems to disappear , consumed by reactive tasks rather than proactive execution.
