At PWFO we differentiate between coaching and mentoring as follows: In coaching the goal is set and we empower you to reach that goal. When we mentor we will be a co-drive and influence how you get to your goal.
Our specificity

All of our sessions start with certain questions. These questions are not going to be used for any commercial reason, they're going to be used for you, for us to be able to, as much as possible tailor-make what we are going to have for you.
